Conservation Research

The Blue Crowned Amazon Parrot is a highly endangered species in Mexico. As an indicator species of virgin rainforest, this species population is falling fast as their rich rainforest habitat is transformed into farmland.

Sustainability

Together with BiodiverCity, Australian Aid and the local Mexican authorities (SEMARNAT), bees and beekeepers keep the rainforest growing while strengthening the local economy.
